The 5th annual ACDIS conference, to be held May 10-11, 2012 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, CA, will again include a poster session as part of its conference offerings. It’s an informal way for hospitals to share their CDI-related successes with each other, network, and exchange ideas and information.

If you would like to present your poster at this year's conference, please download our poster application form, complete it, and e-mail it to ACDIS Director Brian Murphy at bmurphy@cdiassociation.com. Accepted poster presenters receive a 50% discount off the price of conference admission.
Any and all ideas are welcome. Some poster topics to consider include the following:
  • An overview of your CDI program—staffing, processes, etc.
  • A successful new CDI-related initiative you launched
  • Methods of inter-departmental collaboration
  • Successful physician training/educational methods
  • CDI program data mining and reporting techniques
  • Query forms, physician newsletters, etc. that you’ve developed and would like to share
For more ideas, you can view a complete listing of last year's poster presenters on the ACDIS blog. All final decisions on posters will be made by the 2012 ACDIS Conference Committee.

Thanks, and we look forward to receiving your application!
